Missing or Lost Packages
If you have not received your package with in the estimated delivery time please contact us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered . if your package lost or stolen please contact your delivery partner directly or contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Opening video and photo is mandatory.
